Low-footprint software for industrial gateways, embedded systems, and operator workstations.
Industrial / IoT / Edge Software
The operating world is not in a data center. It is on the plant floor, in the vehicle, on the rig, at the substation. We build the edge software that runs there — talking to PLCs, sensors, and gateways — and the cloud platforms that integrate the fleet of edges into one operational picture.
What we build.
Each engagement assembles a different combination of these components, but the parts are stable.
OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, BACnet, CAN — translated into structured operational events.
Reliable ingestion from intermittently-connected assets at scale.
Models running at the edge for latency, autonomy, and bandwidth-constrained sites.
Tech we deploy with.
The list is descriptive, not prescriptive — the stack meets the operation.
How it deploys.
We deploy to one asset before the fleet. A single gateway, talking to real PLCs and sensors in the actual power and connectivity conditions of the site — proven there before it reaches a hundred more. The plant floor is not a staging environment.
The edge assumes the network will fail. Software buffers, reconciles, and recovers on its own; assets keep working while disconnected and sync cleanly when the link returns. Intermittent connectivity is the design constraint, not the exception.
Updates are safe by construction. Signed, staged, and rollback-able over the air — because you cannot send a technician to every substation, vehicle, or rig when a deploy goes wrong.
